Front Counter Sales Representative
Part-time Permanent Position, 8-32 hours/week
Burnaby, BC

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact in the store-helping customers choose the right products and services, answering questions, and keeping things moving. It's a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination with the shop team.

Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right tires and services based on their needs
- Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and complete transactions
- Answer calls, book appointments, and keep customer records up to date
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns in a practical and professional way
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
- Interest in the automotive industry (experience is an asset, not required)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to following safety processes
