What your workday will look like:

- Greeting customers;
- Following the sales presentation steps (blue book);
- Managing BDC appointments;
- Customer follow-up (prospecting);
- Following up with every customer, whether they purchased a vehicle or not;
- Customer service;
- Keeping customer files up to date;
- Perform a quality check on vehicles to be delivered;
- Follow company procedures;
- All other related tasks;
- Embody the company’s values.
