Your Role
As a Product Specialist, you will guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make: buying a vehicle. You will become their trusted advisor from the initial contact through to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities
    • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
    • Welcome and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
    • Present vehicles and their features and technologies
    • Conduct test drives
    • Provide personalized recommendations for vehicle purchases or leases
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Stay up to date on vehicle models, promotions, and industry innovations
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall dealership goals

Qualifications
    • Previous sales experience (a strong asset)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Professional, positive, and energetic attitude
    • Strong results-oriented mindset
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Valid driver's license (required)
    • Bilingual in French and English (required)

Schedule & Compensation
    • 40 hours per week
    • Day, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts
    • Earning potential up to $90,000 per year (salary, commissions, and bonuses)
