RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting and advising customers according to the company and the manufacturer's standards;
- Detailing vehicles and recommending products that meet our customers' needs and expectations;
- Answering questions and reassuring customers;
- Carrying out road tests;
- Ensuring regular and quality follow-ups with customers;
- Responding to our customers' requests via the Internet.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in automotive sales;
- Dynamic and sense of persuasion;
- Positive attitude in addition to a sense of resourcefulness;
- Desire to offer outstanding customer service;
- Bilingualism in French and English (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
