Job description:
We are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager to lead our service department. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and enhancing the overall performance of the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise Service Advisors, Internal Service Advisors, and the Shop Foreman/Controller;
- Implement effective strategies to increase sales (billable hours, recommended maintenance, and cross-selling opportunities);
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery;
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and proactively handle customer complaints.
Desired profile:
- Significant management experience within an automotive dealership (after-sales service);
- Excellent customer service and customer experience management skills;
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding objectives;
- Experience in staff management and development;
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach;
- Knowledge of the Reynolds system (an asset).
