VitroPlus Group Inc., a franchisor specializing in the automotive glass, accessories, rust prevention, and automotive detailing industries, located at 1015 Monseigneur-Langlois Boulevard in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, is currently seeking a customer service representative to fill a permanent position.
To support the growth of our business, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our sales team. As a well-established family-owned business in the region, we offer a stimulating and friendly work environment.
Under the supervision of the franchise owner, the incumbent’s main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and advising them based on their needs;
- Effectively directing customers to the appropriate services;
- Processing credit card transactions;
- Handling billing at the counter;
- Scheduling appointments and following up on customer files.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service;
- Strong ability to identify customer needs related to automotive glass and accessories;
- Comfortable with customer outreach and scheduling appointments;
- Knowledge of the automotive glass and accessories industry (a significant asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Focus on results and company objectives;
- Initiative, interpersonal skills, dynamism, and team spirit.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Salary: based on experience.
