Job description

BDC Agent – Business Development Center – Salary up to $60,000 per year with a bonus program.

Mega Kia Brossard is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented BDC Agent to support the sales and after-sales service departments.

Schedule:

- Full-time evening position;
- Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM;
- Fridays: 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key responsibilities – sales:

- Promptly handle online inquiries;
- Answer incoming calls and chat requests;
- Follow up with potential customers;
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultants;
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email;
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM.

Key responsibilities - after-sales service:

- Schedule and confirm service department appointments;
- Follow up on recommended maintenance;
- Contact customers for post-visit follow-ups;
- Participate in customer loyalty campaigns.

Key responsibilities - customer satisfaction:

- Follow up on satisfaction surveys;
- Collect customer feedback;
- Process requests and ensure necessary follow-ups;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Key responsibilities - work tools - You will work daily with the industry’s most advanced technologies:

- Activix CRM;
- AutoAlert;
- Talksoon;
- SBK Telecom;
- Artificial intelligence tools to optimize customer follow-ups.

Desired profile:

- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive and professional attitude;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in follow-ups;
- Proficiency with computer tools;
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or BDC (a plus);
- Experience in the automotive industry (a plus).
