Automotive Service Technician - Macleod Trail Toyota

Techs know the difference between a dead shop and a shop where you can actually make money. Macleod Trail Toyota is busy. Very busy.

We're currently averaging:
 

• 200-230 new vehicles sold monthly
• 80-100 used vehicles sold monthly
• Around 130 service appointments per day

That means steady work, strong hours, and no sitting around hoping for tickets.

Flat rates start at $38/hour, and top techs here can earn up to $52/hour.

If you're a technician who likes to stay busy, flag hours, and work in a shop that actually has volume, we want to meet you.

Our hiring team is coming directly to Calgary for onsite interviews:
 

• Tuesday, June 2 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, June 3 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We're actively hiring, and qualified candidates may receive an offer on the spot.

We're looking for technicians who:
 

• Can diagnose and repair properly without needing their hand held
• Take pride in quality work
• Understand how to move efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Want a strong team around them with solid advisors, parts support, and workflow
• Show up consistently and act like professionals

Journeyman/Red Seal preferred, but strong apprentice candidates are encouraged to apply!
