Parts Advisor - Macleod Trail Toyota | Calgary, AB

A strong Parts Advisor can make or break a dealership operation.

When service is busy, sales are moving volume, and technicians need parts fast, the parts department becomes one of the most important teams in the building.

Macleod Trail Toyota is hiring Parts Advisors for one of the busiest Toyota stores in the Calgary market:
 

• 200-230 new vehicles sold monthly
• 80-100 used vehicles sold monthly
• Approximately 130 service appointments per day

That kind of volume means steady workflow, constant movement, and real opportunity for Parts Advisors who know how to stay organized, communicate well, and keep things moving without mistakes.

If you like being in the middle of the action, solving problems quickly, and being the person the entire dealership relies on, this is a role worth looking at.

Our hiring team is coming directly to Calgary for onsite interviews:
 

• Tuesday, June 2 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, June 3 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We're looking for someone who:
 

• Knows auto parts and can communicate confidently with technicians and customers
• Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Can multitask in a high-volume environment
• Understands inventory organization and ordering processes
• Brings a positive, team-first attitude every day
• Takes pride in being reliable and dependable

Dealership or aftermarket parts experience is strongly preferred.

You'll be:
 

• Assisting technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs
• Ordering, quoting, and sourcing parts
• Managing inventory and receiving
• Keeping repair orders moving efficiently
• Working closely with service and sales teams throughout the day
