Dealership: Grande Prairie Volkswagen 
Location: Grande Prairie, AB 
Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

You'll guide customers through a professional, transparent buying experience while developing long-term relationships-not just completing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing
  • Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline using CRM tools and outreach strategies
  • Deliver a consultative buying experience by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle and financing options
  • Conduct product presentations, test drives, and dealership walk-throughs
  • Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
  • Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets


What You Bring
 

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or similar environments preferred)
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to build trust and close effectively
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools and CRM systems


Requirements
 

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
  • AMVIC license or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Flexibility towork days, evenings, and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background and MVR check
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
