Job description

Ford Ile-Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Representative to join its team!

Qualifications:

    • Professional experience in sales;
    • Minimum of one year of vehicle sales experience (a strong asset);
    • Dynamic and positive individual with a strong team spirit;
    • Strong desire to succeed and meet goals;
    • Punctual, honest, and self-motivated person;
    • Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems;
    • Ability to communicate in both French and English (to assist English-speaking customers);
    • Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional service experience;
    • Listen carefully to customer requests and needs;
    • Present models that match their needs and budget;
    • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives;
    • Explain sales contracts, warranties, and any relevant information;
    • Keep customer information up to date in the CRM (Serti);
    • Actively participate in promotional and vehicle demonstration videos (produced by the marketing team);
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
