Job description
Manage the administrative and legal aspects of vehicle sales, leases, and financing to ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Process transactions.
- Review and process vehicle purchase and lease agreements to ensure their accuracy.
- Regulatory and legal compliance.
- Ensuring that transaction records, safety inspections, warranties, and insurance documents comply with dealership guidelines and government regulations.
- Registration and documentation.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of automotive sales and lease documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency with the One Eighty dealership management system.
- Good understanding of consumer protection.
- Knowledge of SAAQclic.
- Bilingual (French and English).
