Europa Carrxpert Certified Collision Center is currently seeking a senior auto Body Technician with at least 5 years of experience in auto repair.

As an experienced auto Body Technician, you will play a key role in repairing and restoring accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring high-precision work that meets manufacturer standards. This position requires extensive technical expertise, independence, and a constant focus on quality.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair techniques.
• Reading and understanding estimates to perform the required repairs.
• Dismantling and inspecting vehicles to detect visible and hidden structural damage.
• Perform repairs and replace body and structural parts.
• Collaborate with other team members (estimator and paint department) to ensure effective coordination of work.
• Reassemble the vehicle and perform quality control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to the company’s quality standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
• Perform all bodywork tasks: applying body filler, shaping, sanding, priming, and painting.
• Align and adjust components to meet original manufacturer specifications.
• Strictly adhere to procedures, quality standards, and health and safety rules.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto Body Technician.
• Experience with European vehicles: Audi, Porsche, Cadillac, BMW, and Volkswagen.
• Ability to work independently, with precision, speed, and efficiency.
• Motivation and a positive attitude are the most important criteria.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Languages spoken: French, English (for external training purposes).

Training
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in auto body repairs;
