Body Repairer

CARSTAR Ste-Sophie, a family-owned business known for its professionalism, friendly atmosphere, and high-quality repairs, is looking for an experienced auto Bo Repair Specialist to join its team. We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about a job well done.

Responsibilities:

- Perform bodywork repairs: dent removal, panel straightening, and part replacement;
- Repair collision damage according to manufacturer standards;
- Use specialized tools;
- Prepare surfaces for painting as needed;
- Remove and reinstall vehicle parts;
- Ensure the quality and precision of repairs;
- Work collaboratively with body preparers, painters, and estimators;
- Adhere to safety protocols and CARSTAR standards.

Desired qualifications:

- Required experience in auto body repair/dent removal (minimum 2 to 5 years);
- Excellent mastery of straightening and dent removal techniques;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently;
- Attention to detail and a clean work ethic;
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and team spirit;
- Knowledge of body shop tools and equipment;
- Asset: recognized training in auto body repair or I-CAR certification.
