The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $21/hour to $26/hour, with final compensation based on the candidate's completed co-op work terms.

Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a co-op student to support our Lexus sales team. This is a contract opportunity, and the individual will report to the Manager, Vehicle Sales. During this placement, there will be opportunities to engage and influence how we communicate with our Dealer partners, evaluate various metrics and datasets to develop actionable insights as well as refine new visualizations of these metrics and datasets. You'll be regularly working with four Area Sales Managers and our Sales Support, as well as the opportunity to engage cross-functionally across Lexus Canada.

What You'll be Doing:
 

• Develop a strong understanding of Lexus Sales and Lexus Dealership operations
• Analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions and develop actionable insights
• Support modernization of key metric visualizations
• Helping develop the story behind the numbers

What You'll Bring:
 

• Currently enrolled in a college/university business co-op program
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, relationship-building and communication
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Data science / visualization experience is an asset
• Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership operations is an asset
