Earning Potential: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00+ Annually

Your Role on the Showroom Floor:

As an Automotive Sales Professional at Grande Prairie Nissan, you will represent the dealership as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate one of their most important purchases with confidence. You'll focus on delivering a positive, informative, and relationship-driven experience from first contact through to delivery.

In your day-to-day, you will:
 

  • Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to understand their needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkthroughs that highlight features and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Work collaboratively to structure fair, mutually beneficial deals that align customer expectations with dealership objectives
  • Actively grow and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, with a focus on repeat business, referrals, and long-term relationships


What You Bring to the Table (The Must-Haves):

 

  • Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing role (retail, sales, marketing, or hospitality). Automotive sales experience is an asset, but a consistent track record of sales performance and customer success is what matters most.
  • Drive: A competitive, self-motivated mindset with the resilience and focus to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Communication: Strong listening skills and clear, confident communication that builds trust and rapport quickly with customers.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
  • The Essentials: Must be 18+ with a valid CA-issued Driver's License, a clean and acceptable Driver's Abstract, and the ability to obtain a valid AMVIC license.
