Genesis Rive-Sud is looking for a bilingual, dynamic and punctual Appointments Attendant.

Tasks to perform:
• Answer and screen all incoming calls to the service;
• Make appointments for the after-sales service department;
• Insert a pre-appointment system;
• Follow up on customer safety recalls;
• Participate in various projects to increase workshop meeting hours;
• Advise customers according to the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations;
• Inform customers about warranty and other services;
• Track parts orders;
• Help technical advisors in monitoring the work;
• Perform any other related task.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in scheduling appointments at a car dealership.
Qualifications:
• Experience scheduling appointments at a car dealership;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong sales skills;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Knowledge of Serti/Keyloops software (a plus).

• A permanent, full-time position with a day shift: Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday: off;
