General Manager

Our rapidly growing dealership group is constantly seeking to expand. For this reason, we are building a pool of qualified candidates interested in applying their skills as Heneral Managers.

If you have several years of experience in the automotive dealership industry, possess a keen sense of customer service, are innovative and organized, capable of effectively managing staff, and eager to take on numerous challenges, then you are the type of candidate we want to add to our team.

Your main responsibilities:

    • Train, develop, manage, and motivate a team of management, sales, and support staff;
    • Ensure the management, productivity, and efficiency of the dealership;
    • Implement the manufacturer’s processes and policies;
    • Handle the administrative management of a dealership (inventory, generating various reports, etc.);
    • Oversee the planning, organization, direction, and control of all sales processes;
    • Ensure the dealership’s profitability.

We require:

    • Minimum experience in a similar role (staff management);
    • Leadership;
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
    • Excellent ability to motivate and support a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets;
    • Independence and dynamism;
    • A strong ability to adapt to change;
    • The ability to create a motivating environment.
