Go Mazda is looking for a driven, customer-focused Business Manager to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to build trust, explain finance options clearly, and help customers feel confident in their vehicle purchase. You'll work closely with our sales team, lenders, and customers to finalize deals, complete credit applications, and present protection products that add real value.

If you have automotive finance experience, dealership sales experience, or a strong customer-facing finance background, this could be a strong next step in your career.

What You'll Do
 

  • Guide customers through vehicle financing options
  • Complete credit applications and submit deals to lenders
  • Present warranties, protection products, and value-added services
  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases
  • Build trust with customers through clear, professional communication
  • Keep paperwork accurate, organized, and compliant
  • Help create a smooth and positive delivery experience


What We're Looking For
 

  • Automotive finance or dealership sales experience required
  • Strong customer service and sales ability
  • Comfortable discussing payments, approvals, and finance options
  • Confident presenting warranty and protection products
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
