F&I Manager

As part of our growth, we’re looking to welcome an experienced F&I Manager to a strong, structured team.

Someone positive, driven, consistent, who genuinely enjoys the work and fits naturally within a high-performing team.

A key role in every transaction, at the center of both client experience and performance (structuring, compliance, presentation, and client guidance).

High-volume environment with clear expectations and high standards.

What we’re looking for:

    • Minimum 3 years of F&I experience in an automotive dealership
    • Bilingual French/English
    • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and reliability
    • Comfortable with performance targets and F&I product sales
