Job description
Permanent, full-time position, 35 hours/week (7 hours/day).
Call center open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to cover pan-Canadian time zones.
Rotating shifts based on operational needs: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. / 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Hybrid work model: mandatory in-office presence during training (Brossard or Québec), then 2 days per month.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Mechanical Warranty Claims Adjuster, you will be central to our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing and adjudicating mechanical warranty claims for various types of vehicles (automobiles, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, marine products).
• Processing claims, determining eligibility, and authorizing repairs in accordance with active contracts.
• Assigning inspectors when required and identifying abusive or potentially fraudulent claims.
• Communicating decisions to claimants and answering questions regarding coverage or the claims process.
• Calculating and issuing required payments.
• Following up on files and collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Managing level 1 complaints and escalating those requiring higher-level follow-up.
• Performing any other duties assigned by management.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a college degree or an Attestation of College Studies in mechanics, or any other relevant training related to the field.
• Has experience in mechanics or technical analysis (recent graduates will also be considered).
• Is recognized for strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Stands out for the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency with technological tools and data-entry software.
• Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication with dealerships, partners, and repair shops located elsewhere in Canada.
