As part of its growth, a well-established company on the South Shore of Montréal in the automotive sector is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager and contribute to the overall optimization of the department.
This key role is intended for a meticulous, results-oriented, and customer-service-focused individual, recognized for their inspiring leadership and eager to grow in a structured and constantly evolving environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide active support to department management in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations;
• Participate in analyzing departmental performance and propose concrete areas for improvement;
• Supervise and support the team to maintain a high level of service and efficiency;
• Ensure the implementation of internal processes and contribute to their continuous optimization;
• Assist in managing more complex customer situations and ensure a swift and professional resolution;
• Collaborate on managing schedules and appointment flow to maximize productivity;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of performance metrics;
• Contribute to the development of the team’s skills (training, coaching, support);
• Ensure rigorous oversight of administrative operations related to the department.
