Liaison Agent

CarrXpert Terrebonne, a well-established company in the automotive body repair industry, is currently seeking a Liaison Agent to join its dynamic and professional team.

As a Liaison Agent, you will be at the center of communications between customers, insurers, and the shop. You will ensure rigorous follow-up on cases and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

Your main responsibilities:

- Greet customers and answer their questions professionally;
- Serve as the liaison between customers, insurers, and the technical team;
- Track repair cases;
- Schedule appointments and coordinate work;
- Explain repair steps and timelines to customers;
- Provide high-quality customer service;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.

Desired profile:

- Experience in customer service (automotive industry, a plus);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
