Accounting Clerk:
To support our growth, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team and actively contribute to the financial management of our expanding company.
Your Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and verify supplier invoices; prepare payments.
• Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable reports.
• Enter vehicle sales data and verify file accuracy.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to sales and operations.
• Conduct certain reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• File documents and respond to requests from internal departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Attention to detail, discretion, and a meticulous approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software, SERTI, or DMS (a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and computer tools.
• Team player: ability to collaborate with various departments within the company.
