Service Advisor

Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile-Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greet service department clients;
- Open and close work orders;
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Advise clients on maintenance, inspection, and safety services;
- Follow up with clients regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle;
- Collaborate with internal departments as well as external suppliers;
- Create and maintain excellent client relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Profile / Requirements:

- Experience as a technical/service advisor, a strong asset;
- General mechanical knowledge;
- Excellent skills in sales, organization, and customer service;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards;
- Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking clients).
