Job description
As a Service Advisor, you are the link between our customers and the workshop. You welcome customers, identify their needs, explain the work to be done, and ensure they leave satisfied. You combine customer service, technical knowledge, and sales skills to provide a comprehensive and professional experience.

What you will do:
- Greet customers and identify their needs;
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance;
- Present recommended products and services
- Coordinate work with the workshop and follow up;
- Open and close work orders;
- Coordinate with the warranty management team to obtain the necessary warranty approvals;
- Coordinate with fleet and insurance companies for repair approvals and payments;
- Verify customer satisfaction upon delivery;
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
What we are looking for
- Experience as a Service Advisor (CJDR experience = an asset);
- Excellent communication and service skills;
- Dynamism, organization, and team spirit;
- Strong interest in sales and automobiles;
- Fluency in French (English an asset).
