Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and competent Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our car dealership. The Automotive Service Advisor will play an essential role in customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers' maintenance and repair needs are fully met.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in the service department, listen to their concerns, and assess their maintenance or repair needs.
- Schedule maintenance and repair appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity.
- Advise customers on recommended services based on manufacturer recommendations and specific vehicle needs.
- Coordinate service activities with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and inform them of any additional work required.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and proactive manner, seeking satisfactory solutions.

Requirements:

- Technical training in automotive mechanics is a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a customer service or service advisor role.
- Thorough knowledge of vehicles and their systems, as well as basic automotive mechanics principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
- Proficiency in computer tools and automotive service management software (DMS (SERTI))

Working Conditions:

- Location: St-Léonard Toyota (5800 Boul. Métropolitain Est. H1S 1A7).
- Employment Type: full-time.
- Salary: 70k +, based on experience and skills.
