Job description
As a Service Advisor at Honda de Blainville, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they bring their vehicles in for service or repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience while optimizing the efficiency of our workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and gather information about their vehicle's issues or needs;
- Explain the nature of the work required and the associated costs, ensuring clear and transparent communication;
- Manage appointments for maintenance and repairs, and track the progress of the work;
- Offer additional services such as lubrications, safety inspections, and other recommended services;
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts, ensuring the accuracy of estimated costs;
- Regularly follow up on requests received by phone and email until an appointment is made or it is indicated that the customer has made a transaction elsewhere;
- Work closely with technicians to coordinate repairs and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Stay informed about new products, accessories, and current promotions to provide the best possible service to customers.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- French and English (an asset);
- Versatile, personable, and punctual.
