Service Advisor – Seasonal Schedule

Do you have a winning personality, good interpersonal skills, and a passion for cars and customer service? The position of technical advisor could be perfect for you, because our customer service is at the heart of what sets us apart!

This is a position that fits your schedule! We offer a full-time position during the two tire seasons:

- From March to mid-May;
- From October to mid-December;
- 4 to 5 days a week during these busy periods.

The rest of the year, it is a part-time position, 0.5 to 1.5 days per week, mainly for replacement and team support. This position is ideal for a retired or semi-retired person who wants to remain active, share their expertise, and grow in a respectful and family-like environment.

Required profile:

- Good knowledge of the automotive and mechanical fields;
- Attentive, empathetic, and customer service-oriented;
- Ability to advise and reassure motorists;
- Team spirit and computer skills;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (full-time or part-time);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of AB Magique and Mitchell software (an asset).

Main tasks:

- Greet customers and provide courteous and professional service;
- Open and close work orders;
- Perform billing;
- Research parts from suppliers;
- Advise on and sell parts, accessories, repairs, and maintenance services;
- Participate in the customer follow-up process;
- Work closely with other technical advisors, the workshop supervisor, and mechanics.
