Morand Ford Lincoln is looking for a Sales Secretary to support its sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales administration and will help provide a high-quality customer experience.
Main responsibilities:
• Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage sales files.
• Liaise between sales team advisors, the administrative department, and customers.
• Enter data and keep files and inventory up to date.
• Use Activix, Merlin, Serti, and InFord systems for sales management.
• Actively participate in month-end closing in collaboration with the sales team.
• Close final files to record sales in a compliant and rigorous manner.
• Perform meticulous and well-organized work in all administrative tasks, ensuring continuity and quality of processes.
Required profile:
• Degree in administration, office automation, or a related field.
• Experience in secretarial or administrative support (automotive industry an asset).
• Excellent communication skills in French (English an asset).
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, management software).
• Knowledge of Activix, Merlin, Serti, and InFord systems (major asset).
• Organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Working conditions:
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Competitive salary at the top of the industry based on experience, starting at $50,000 per year, negotiable.
