Job description
At Subaru St Hyacinthe, we are looking for a Sales Secretary in accounting with one year of experience in the field.
Tasks:
- Assist Financial & Insurance Managers and Managers with various administrative tasks related to automotive transactions;
- Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end audits;
- Provide support in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Record sales files, including transactions for new and pre-owned vehicles, wholesale, and exchanges between dealerships;
- Record purchases of new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Record lease buybacks.
