Job description
                                                                Acura de Laval is looking for a passionate, customer service-oriented product specialist to join our dynamic team.
This key role aims to ensure an exceptional delivery experience for our new and used vehicle customers, while supporting sales, vehicle presentation, and the dealership's digital presence.
Main responsibilities:
    • Prepare new and used vehicles for delivery (inspection, cleaning, accessory verification, documentation, license plates, etc.);
    • Welcome customers upon delivery and provide them with a personalized and memorable experience;
    • Explain in detail the features, technologies, and characteristics of the vehicles being delivered (infotainment systems, safety, connectivity, maintenance, etc.); ;
    • Configure electronic systems with the customer (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, driver profiles, etc.);
    • Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant before handing over the vehicle;
    • Answer customer questions after delivery and provide support as needed (post-delivery follow-up);
    • Work closely with the sales, service, and administration teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.
    • Participate in the setup of vehicles in the showroom or on the lot (rotation, presentation, preparation).
    • Take photos and videos of vehicles for social media and website posts.
    • Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote vehicles and dealership activities;
    • Support sales department activities: assist with test drive preparation, inventory management, coordination with service, etc.;
    • Perform other related duties as required by the department.
Requirements:
    • Experience in customer service or the automotive industry (a significant asset);
    • Knowledge of vehicles and a passion for cars;
    • Strong interest in social media and visual content creation;
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Good communicator, comfortable with technology;
    • Bilingualism (French and English) required;
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
