Job description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant to the Financial & Insurance Manager, Sales and Vehicle Co-Delivery to manage the administrative aspects of vehicle delivery and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is thorough, positive, skilled at problem solving, and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks. This role also includes delivering vehicles in pairs, where you will have the customer sign the documents and explain the basic functions of the vehicle.
Main responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and complete all documentation related to vehicle delivery.
- Check and organize administrative files to ensure compliance.
- During deliveries, have documents signed and explain the basic features of the vehicle.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering customer questions.
- Offer additional products and services during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Open work orders for the service department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or a similar position for a car dealership.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Valid driver's license and ease in communicating with customers.
