Delivery Clerk / Sales Secretary

Your role:

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable service before, during and after vehicle delivery. You will also support the sales team in its daily administrative and logistical tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

- Greet customers at the time of vehicle delivery and provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
- Prepare and verify all documents required for delivery (invoices, registration, contracts, etc.).
- Coordinate delivery appointments and ensure communication between the departments concerned.
- Explain basic vehicle functions to customers at handover.
- Carry out post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, file management, data entry, report preparation).
- Respond to internal calls, e-mails and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Keep the delivery area clean, welcoming and up to dealer standards.

Your profile:

- Automotive or customer service experience (an asset).
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and service skills.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of office automation (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Bilingualism French / English.
