Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: day and evening
Salary: $40,001 to $50,000 per year.
Description:
We are looking for an organized, versatile and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Secretary. The successful candidate will play an essential role in sales support and customer follow-up to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate vehicle exchanges with other dealerships;
- Update and follow up sales-related Excel files;
- Follow-up by telephone with customers after delivery to assess their satisfaction;
- Follow-up with customers at end of lease or finance to explore renewal options;
- Record sales to create digital delivery of vehicles to customers;
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Assistant in their daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and priority management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel);
- Telephone skills and customer service skills;
- Thoroughness, autonomy and attention to detail;
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Bilingual.
This is a key position at the heart of the sales department.
