Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

One of the most beautiful roles in the automotive world. This person welcomes customers who will be taking possession of their new vehicle, and ensures that this happy experience lives up to their expectations.

In collaboration with the team of Sales Consultants, the person ensures that the customer is informed about the features and options of their new vehicle so that they can benefit from it in all its forms.

TASKS:

- Organize and coordinate customer deliveries;
- Ensure that cosmetic preparation is adequate, that required accessories and options are installed, and that everything is working properly;
- Prepare and check documents and forms required for vehicle delivery;
- Explain vehicle operation to new owners and answer any questions;
- Deal effectively with any concerns raised by the customer;
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction regarding this important step for the customer.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Self-motivated and motivated by high customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication skills, courteous and dynamic;
- Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of the Office suite and ability to learn various software programs;
- Valid driver's license.
