Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the delivery of vehicles sold, the signing of documents and the explanation of vehicle functions to customers.

Job description:

As Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and smooth running of deliveries, from the preparation of documents to the detailed explanation of the features of the vehicles delivered. You are the key contact between sales teams and customers when vehicles are handed over.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate deliveries of vehicles sold in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Prepare delivery documents and ensure their signature (contracts, invoices, delivery statements, handover of keys).
- Check the conformity of documents and customer information and ensure traceability of deliveries.
- Collaborate with sales, finance and after-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Manage returns, adjustments or additional deliveries according to internal procedures.
- Maintain a delivery schedule and contribute to the optimization of routes and time slots.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience required in a similar role, ideally in automotive or delivery logistics.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and accessible way.
- Service orientation, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several deliveries simultaneously.
- Fluency in French; English an asset.
- Valid driver's licence.
