Job description

Mazda 2-20, member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator.

This person will be responsible for the delivery process of a new or used vehicle, as well as presenting the vehicle to new owners.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both French and English and be customer-service oriented. This position offers a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.

* The work schedule varies based on delivery times (availability required between 9 AM and 8 PM Monday to Thursday, and between 9 AM and 6 PM on Friday. Weekends and holidays off).

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily deliveries
- Ensure the vehicle is ready and meets delivery standards
- Present the vehicle to the customer and explain its features and functionalities
- Ensure the customer is fully satisfied with their vehicle and overall experience
- Have all documents related to the vehicle sale signed
- Install license plates on the vehicle
- Introduce the customer to the after-sales service department

Required profile and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (customer communication)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to client needs
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule
- Strong team spirit
- Dynamic and proactive personality
- Valid driver’s licence
