Ile-Perrot Toyota, member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Lease Renewal Manager to join the team!

Profile and qualifications:
• Relevant experience in automotive sales;
• A motivated person to contact clients by phone in order to generate appointments;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Strong drive to succeed and meet targets;
• Organized and methodical, with strong team spirit;
• Ability to communicate in French and English (customer interactions);
• Valid driver’s licence;
• Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the dealership’s lease portfolio;
• Contact clients before lease maturity to discuss renewal options;
• Advise clients on lease renewal, vehicle trade-in, or buyout options;
• Book appointments for lease-end clients and vehicle inspections;
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention;
• Monitor lease maturity reports and meet monthly renewal targets.
