Our established and recognized Ford dealership on the South Shore of Montreal is looking for an experienced Service Manager to optimize our operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the after-sales service department.
- Ensure service performance and profitability.
- Manage technical and administrative staff.
- Optimize the customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with Ford standards and department objectives.
Profile:
- Experience in managing an automotive after-sales service, ideally with Ford.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of workshop management tools and performance indicators.
