Job description
Our Acura dealership in Laval is looking for a Service Manager. We're looking for a high-performing, versatile candidate with excellent leadership skills.
Our management team is constantly striving to improve the profitability and efficiency of each department. With a philosophy based on mutual assistance between departments, the managers are very involved within their respective teams to ensure that we achieve our objectives.

Main duties:
- Supervise Service Advisors;
- Know and apply manufacturer's warranty terms and policies;
- Hire, train, motivate and advise after-sales service human resources and ensure their performance;
- Plan and/or organize technical training and verify the Technicians' daily productivity reports;
- Properly communicate to technicians the time allocated for each repair order;
- Ensure health and safety in the workplace.
- Have a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager;
- Bilingualism;
- Organized, structured and detail-oriented;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Team player;
- Willing to invest hours to achieve results.
