Service Advisor

Chaput Automobile, a car dealership located in Varennes, offering new and pre-owned Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, is looking for a Service Advisor, an experienced candidate who wishes to evolve within a company that offers its employees good working conditions.

We are looking for a candidate with a "sales" profile who can offer customers the right maintenance and additional work. Knowledge of Serti software will be considered an asset, and mechanical knowledge is required.

Your benefits:

Your future responsibilities:

- Greet shop customers;
- Open work orders and follow up on work in progress;
- Act as link between the shop and the customer;
- Perform invoicing;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Do you have a minimum of one year of experience as a Service Advisor, are you a people person, do you offer exemplary customer service and are you passionate about sales?
