Job description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with 5 years of experience in a similar position to fill a full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Asset: experience in the auto parts industry!
Duties:
- Match invoices and delivery slips;
- Do the receiving in the system for direct deliveries from suppliers to our customers;
- Enter invoices;
- Reconcile account statements;
- Follow-up on credit applications;
- Issue direct payments and cheques.
Skills:
- Good organizational skills;
- Respect for deadlines;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Good knowledge of Outlook and Tams or easy to learn.
