Automotive Mechanic Technician

Rive-Sud Chrysler in Brossard is actively seeking an Automotive Mechanic Technician.

Duties:

- Carry out the work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards;
- Determine the cause of any defect and carry out the repair;
- Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own inspection;
- Contact parts department to obtain necessary parts;
- Examine assigned vehicle to determine if additional maintenance and safety work is required;
- Road test vehicles as required;
- Inspect and road test newly arrived vehicles for obvious damage or missing parts;
- Notify technical advisor as soon as possible if additional work is required;
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.

Requirements:

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in auto mechanics;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of FCA / Stellantis products (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Promaster), an asset;
- Salary based on experience.
