Financial & Insurance Manager

Job Description :

Our branch is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager!

Responsibilities:

- Sell products and warranties;
- Be responsible for financing;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Explain product features and benefits;
- Negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions;
- Understand administrative practices and procedures, including record keeping and financial documentation;
- Convey information effectively, verbally or in writing;
- Listen and ask the right questions;
- Communicate and transmit all necessary vehicle, delivery and other information;
- Work in conjunction with the delivery and accounting departments.

Skills:

- Experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (mandatory);
- Experience in automotive sales (mandatory);
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our bilingual clientele;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, Desk it and Route One software;
- Professional attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Canadian resident.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
