Job description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager supports Sales Representatives with sales and rental transactions, while meeting dealership standards for gross margin, volume and customer satisfaction. The candidate also assists the Sales Manager with certain administrative tasks.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Comply with automobile sales regulations;
- Help sales representatives finalize transactions and conduct telephone follow-ups;
- Participate in training and identify team training needs;
- Complete documentation on trainee and new member progress;
- Help establish monthly objectives;
- Contribute to the improvement of sales representatives' performance;
- Plan team meetings;
- Cooperate in vehicle exchanges between dealers;
- Approve transactions if necessary;
- Assist with advertising and inventory management;
- Keep abreast of manufacturer and banking institution news;
- Manage vehicle display;
- Participate in recruiting and replace the Sales Manager in his/her absence;
- Perform all other related tasks.
SALES:
