Parts Manager

HGrégoire Toyota Candiac is looking for a Parts Manager!

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a high quality repair service and reduce returns to the shop;
- Perform intermittent audits of work performed;
- Administer warranty claims;
- Recommend and establish pricing schedules for fixed operations;
- Deal with customer complaints promptly, in accordance with concession terms.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in the automotive field (parts department);
- Bilingual in spoken and written French and English, intermediate to advanced level, in order to meet the needs of our English and French-speaking customers;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and autonomy;
- Focused on customer service and teamwork;

This is a full-time, permanent position.
