Job description
HGrégoire Kia Vaudreuil is looking for a Service Advisor!
The Service Advisor will be responsible for defining customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. The candidate will also be responsible for selling maintenance services and scheduling work, while ensuring quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all costs to customers;
- Be responsible for telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress;
- Schedule service appointments and obtain information about customers and their cars before they arrive at the dealership, if possible;
- Sell lubrication, safety inspection and other similar services, or any other maintenance required by the manufacturer;
- Allocate tasks to technicians;
- Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the field (mandatory);
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, at an advanced intermediate level in order to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Analytical mindset;
- Canadian resident.
