Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant

Located in Ste-Agathe, Giroux Chrysler is looking for a motivated candidate to fill a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant position.

The person we are looking for will have to demonstrate outstanding sales skills, generating averages above the industry's standards. The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, be bilingual, have impeccable organizational skills and be able to deal with customers. In addition, the specialist must be autonomous, able to work as part of a team, perform well in a competitive environment and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Main tasks:

- Prospecting;
- Knowing the inventory to be able to advise clients adequately;
- Negotiating and closing sales;
- Documenting sales activities (contract);
- Attending ongoing education;
- Participating actively in sales events;
- Putting pre-owned cars online on the different platforms (pre-owned);
- Taking photos for marketing purposes (pre-owned);
- Maintaining the inventory of pre-owned cars (pre-owned).

Job requirements:

- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience in sales and telephone prospecting (an asset);
- Punctual, rigorous, autonomous and self-taught;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Innate ability to close sales;
- Empathy and active listening skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Team spirit;
- Knowledge of Merlin (an asset);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
