We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for booking in clients for service appointments on their vehicles as well as scheduling potential customers looking for vehicles. 

What You Will Be Doing: 
 

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to schedule service appointments on their vehicles
  • Working closely with service technicians and sales team to coordinate appointment times
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers to schedule appointments for vehicle viewings


What You Bring to the Table:
 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
